LIFE OF THE PARTY

I had a friend down visiting this weekend so I've been busy showing her around Broadway Market on Saturday morning for breakfast then visiting Portobello Road to see if we can find a birthday present for one of our mutual friends' thirtieth birthday. Didn't see anything that she would love but there was loads of vintage jewellery and I had to stop myself buying more rings! But I did find a shop that sold amazing Persian rugs, it's on my wish list to own one with a wooden coffee table and white candles - one can dream!

I also took my friend out on Friday night to Village Underground in Shoreditch where I wore this stripe top from H&M. I saw it in the divided area and thought what a bargain at £12 and I am loving stripes at the moment. The a-line leather skirt is from Zara - I love the colour so much and it fits prefect into the 70's festival trend - I am already planning what next to wear this skirt with. I actually don't like my hair in these photos, I have used a wand that gives more curls than waves in my hair - back to using my big tongs for waves!
