Over the past couple of years my style has changed and evolved into more of a clean simple look. I was once pattern crazy, mixing different colours together without thinking about how I was dressing. You only have to look back through my facebook to see the evidence! Since I started blogging and researching into how other people put together outfits, I then started to think about how I should develop my own sense of style. Photographing so many looks you start to figure out what you are about and what you are most drawn to when you shop.
The signature piece in my wardrobe that I wear day in and day out is denim. I find it such an easy fabrication to piece together a look with any form of denim. One key shape that features quite heavily on my blog and on Instagram are these straight leg, raw hem jeans. These actually have a godet insert at the hem to create more of a flared finish to them. They are one of the easiest pair of jeans to team with any top or layering up with a dress. Here I found a new white t-shirt from Mango that has ties details on the sleeves and a fluted finish to the cuff. A perfect fit with these straight leg jeans and boots. This style of jean is one I could not recommend highly enough, and whats so good is that the high street have some great options when shopping for this cut of denim. So below I have picked my top 4 high street styles. Have you changed your style over the years? Do you have an item of clothing that is your signature piece?
