CARIBOU LAYERS

So glad its Thursday, I am ready for this week to be over and for it to be the weekend again. I have finally got into a routine with my fitness and even started going running with a Sweaty Betty group on a Saturday morning. This is really good at pushing myself and seeing how much stamina I have. I am going to post more on my fitness in another post and go into more detail of what I eat and how much I exercise, as I want to make it more of a lifestyle change.

In contrast to my my fitness goal of being bikini ready for summer, I went to see Caribou on Saturday night at Brixton Academy. Such a great venue for a gig and the band were incredible live. At times it felt like it wasn't a band at all and more of a DJ set, like what I am used to seeing Caribou as. I thought it was fascinating watching them play live, especially some of the dance songs like 'Can't Do With Out' & ending the set on 'Sun'. Would recommend seeing them live, which I will be doing again at Field Day festival.

Anyway to the outfit, this jumpsuit I purchased nearly two years ago from George at Asda. I normally wear this in the summer with just a pair of sandals, but I decided that it goes well with this stripe polo neck crop from H&M. Giving this outfit a seventies feel with the layer effect. To finish this look off I've added my chunky boots and vintage necklaces. I think this outfit is perfect for a gig.

Hope you guys have started planning for the summer, whether its a fitness goal or festivals & holidays.
