Being stressed can happen to any of us and it can strike at any moment. I had one of those moments last week, where I felt overwhelmed with so many changes happening in my life all at once within weeks of each other. We have moved house so there was lots packing then unpacking plus I am still trying find my feet in my new job, understanding the customer I design for. These things combined can feel very stressful at the time but here is a few little things you can do to help you gain control and make you feel all shiny, new and ready to face the world again.

Exercise. One of the best ways to take your mind off a stressful situation is to work out. I personally find going for a run takes my mind off whatever the problem I am facing and makes me focus on the task in hand. If running isn't your thing, take a yoga class as this can make you relaxed by just focusing on your breathing and stretches.

Pamper yourself. After my workout, jumping straight in the shower or having bath can instantly give you a sense of relaxation. Some products I love in the shower are Korres shower gel and the Big Blue bath bomb by Lush, both products help me relax. After my shower I use Garnier nourishing body oil to help my skin feel super soft.

Phone a friend. Just by picking up the phone and chatting with a friend through whatever stress you're going through can really help. I know I have certain friends I can turn to to make me laugh and forget any stress I am going through, putting eveyrthing into perspective.

Eating healthy food. This is a big one for me, I love to eat a healthy diet to help with my thought process and mindfuless. Fueling your body with good food will help when working out a problems. My top tip is to eat a good breakfast (I love eggs!) to set yourself up for a good day with positive vibes.

Sleep. And lots of it. Sleeping on a problem can actually help you wake up with a new perspective of the situation and feeling urber ralxed and ready to start the day with a positive attitude.

All these things combined help me feel relaxed and get me back to feeling positive. Let me know of any routines you guys do to chill out.
