Searching for new running trainers is so hard, trying to find ones that look half stylish and are supportive of your feet. Running is the key area I work on when training at the gym so I need to pick a pair that has a thin sole to help develop my running technique, plus the running shoe must be light weight.
My current trainers are battered and bruised, in fact I have worn them nearly everyday to either run, train at the gym or walk to work. The sole has worn down so much I am slipping on the fallen leaves in the park, not a good look when trying to run! So here I've narrowed my search down to these five pairs which I feel have the thinnest and most supportive soles. All of these trainers can be used for treadmill running and outdoor running, so it just comes down to style and taste.
My run down is as follows: 5. Nike Flyknit shoes, these are a gorgeous looking pair and they do feel amazing on like running in a sock, but they are just too white for outdoor running. 4. New Balance, they would do the job but out of the collection they are not my favorite on style. 3. Inov8 road-X-treme trainers, these came third just on the fact of the colour combination. Now I am actually torn between the Reebok & Inov8 trailrock shoes as both pairs fit perfect on style and comfort. So as I love both pairs equally I am going to be cheeky and put them both on my Christmas list, hopefully I get at least one pair. Hope you guys liked this post and let me know which trainers you guys loved the most or if you have found a pair that suits your style of training.
